KG999 Terms and Conditions – Rules Every Player Must Know

By registering an account on KG999 or accessing any part of the platform at kg999-taka.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register, deposit, or use KG999 in any capacity.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and KG999. They apply to all products and services offered on the platform, including cricket betting, football betting, Andar Bahar, Ludo Games, Slots, Crash Games, live dealer tables, and the Refer a Friend programme. Additional specific rules may apply to individual products and promotions — these will be published separately alongside the relevant offering and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Your continued use of KG999 after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. KG999 will notify registered players of material changes via the email address or mobile number associated with their account.

To register and maintain an account on KG999, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. KG999 strictly prohibits access by minors and will close any account where underage access is discovered, retaining any deposited funds pending an investigation.
• You must be a natural person — corporate or business accounts are not permitted on KG999.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your legal name, date of birth, and a valid Pakistani mobile number. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order on KG999 or any KG999 partner platform at the time of registration.
• You are only permitted to hold one account on KG999 at any time. If multiple accounts are discovered, KG999 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, confiscate balances, and void any pending withdrawals.

KG999 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point, including a valid CNIC, passport, or any other government-issued identification. Accounts may be temporarily restricted pending satisfactory completion of verification. Winnings above certain thresholds will require completed KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before they can be withdrawn.

You are wholly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your KG999 account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. KG999 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or any other channel.

You must notify KG999 support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. KG999 will investigate and may temporarily suspend your account to prevent further unauthorised activity. Any bets, deposits, or withdrawals made by an unauthorised party prior to your notification cannot be reversed by KG999 once settled.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your KG999 account, whether conducted by you or any other person who has accessed your credentials with or without your knowledge. KG999 recommends using a strong, unique password for your account and enabling two-factor authentication where available.

KG999 accepts PKR deposits through the following channels: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). KG999 does not accept deposits in foreign currency and will not be responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider.

The minimum deposit on KG999 is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though enhanced verification may be required for deposits above certain thresholds. Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash are credited to your KG999 wallet in real time. IBFT deposits may take up to 30 minutes depending on your bank.

• All funds deposited must originate from a payment method in your own name. Deposits from payment sources registered to another person are prohibited.
• KG999 reserves the right to return a deposit to its source payment method without explanation if we have reason to believe the payment is suspicious or is not from the account holder.
• Deposits are non-refundable once accepted, except in cases where KG999 is legally required to refund them or where you have a valid bonus-related withdrawal restriction as described in Section 6.
• Dormant account charges apply to accounts with a zero or positive balance that have seen no login activity for more than 12 consecutive months. A monthly maintenance fee of Rs 100 may be deducted from dormant account balances. KG999 will send at least two notifications to the registered contact before applying dormancy charges.

KG999 is committed to processing all legitimate withdrawal requests as quickly as possible. Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed within two minutes. NayaPay and SadaPay withdrawals follow the same timeline. IBFT and bank card withdrawals may take up to 10 minutes for domestic transfers.

The minimum withdrawal from a KG999 account is Rs 100. There is no daily withdrawal cap for verified accounts, though KG999 reserves the right to request additional verification for large or unusual withdrawal requests as part of our anti-money laundering compliance obligations.

Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. KG999 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. First-time withdrawals from a newly registered payment method may be subject to an additional brief verification step.

KG999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions aligned with events like PSL, international cricket, and major football tournaments. Each bonus offer will be accompanied by specific terms that set out the wagering requirement, eligible games, time limit, and maximum withdrawal from bonus funds.

General bonus rules that apply across all KG999 promotions unless the specific offer states otherwise:

• Bonus funds are credited separately from your real money balance and are always clearly labelled in your KG999 wallet.
• A standard wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount applies unless otherwise specified. For example, a Rs 1,000 bonus requires Rs 20,000 in qualifying bets before any winnings derived from that bonus become withdrawable.
• Only bets on eligible games contribute to bonus wagering rollover. Slots and crash games typically contribute 100%; sports bets at minimum odds of 1.50 contribute 100%; Andar Bahar and live table games may contribute at a reduced rate as specified per offer.
• KG999 reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings if evidence of bonus abuse is found — including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, or structuring deposits to exploit bonus mechanics.
• Bonuses have an expiry period (typically 30 days from the date of credit) stated in each offer. Expired bonus funds and associated rollover progress are forfeited without compensation.
• A maximum single withdrawal derived from bonus winnings may apply and will be stated in the specific promotion terms.

All bets and wagers placed on KG999 are final once confirmed. KG999 operates in real time — once a betting window closes or a card is dealt, bets cannot be added, modified, or cancelled. It is your responsibility to verify all bet details before confirming.

In the event of a technical error affecting the outcome of a game or bet — including server failures, live data feed interruptions, or connectivity issues on the player's side — KG999 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player wallets. We will notify affected players when a void occurs and the reason for it.

• KG999 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or prices that were published in error due to a technical fault. In these cases, the stake amount will be fully refunded to your wallet.
• For sports betting markets, bets are governed by the specific sport and competition rules published in the betting section of KG999. Where a ruling body or official score differs from a data provider's feed, KG999 will use the official ruling body's result.
• KG999 may impose maximum bet limits on specific markets or individual accounts at its discretion. Limits will be communicated to the affected player where required.
• Winnings are credited to the KG999 wallet in PKR immediately upon settlement of the relevant outcome.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on KG999. Engaging in any of these may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Multiple accounts: Registering more than one KG999 account, whether in your own name or using a third party's details.
• Collusion: Coordinating with another player in any game type to influence outcomes, share information, or exploit a shared advantage — including in live poker variants and multi-player crash games.
• Bonus abuse: Structured use of bonuses across multiple accounts, deliberately exploiting wagering requirements, or coordinating with others to claim bonuses in a way not intended by KG999.
• Automated tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any automated system to interact with KG999 games, odds, or betting markets without explicit written permission.
• Money laundering: Using KG999 as a vehicle for moving, processing, or obscuring funds derived from illegal activity. KG999 cooperates fully with financial intelligence authorities and will report suspicious transactions as required.
• Chargebacks: Filing fraudulent payment chargebacks with your bank or mobile wallet provider while retaining winnings or bonus funds derived from the original deposit.
• Impersonation: Registering under another person's identity or operating another person's account on their behalf.

KG999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming for all Pakistani players. We believe gaming should be an enjoyable and controlled form of entertainment, not a source of financial hardship or personal harm. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all KG999 account holders at no cost:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps from your account settings. Limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Session time reminders: Set an alert to notify you after a chosen duration of continuous play. KG999 will display the notification regardless of which game or market you are using.
• Loss limits: Define a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a given period. KG999 will restrict further betting once the limit is reached until the period resets.
• Self-exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from all KG999 products. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months for temporary exclusions, or at all for permanent exclusions.

KG999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account where we have reason to believe that:

• The account holder has violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• The account has been used for fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity.
• The account holder has provided false or incomplete registration information.
• Unusual account activity has been detected that requires investigation under our AML or fraud prevention obligations.
• A regulatory or law enforcement body has required us to act.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, KG999 will endeavour to complete the review within 5 working days and communicate the outcome to the registered contact details. If an account is closed following a confirmed breach of these Terms, any balance held may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature of the breach.

You may request the closure of your own KG999 account at any time by contacting support. All real money balances will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 working days of a voluntary closure request, subject to any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonus funds.

All content on KG999 — including but not limited to the platform design, logos, game interfaces, promotional materials, text, graphics, software, and data — is the exclusive property of KG999 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership right, licence, or interest in the KG999 intellectual property.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any KG999 content without prior written permission. Unauthorised use of KG999 content may give rise to a claim for damages and may be a criminal offence.

KG999 shall not be liable for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental — arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to losses resulting from:

• Technical failures, server downtime, or connectivity issues beyond our reasonable control.
• Bets placed in error by the account holder.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers (Easypaisa, JazzCash, banks, etc.).
• Any interruption to live game feeds or sports data provided by third-party suppliers.
• Unauthorised access to your account as a result of your own failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

In all cases, KG999's maximum liability to any individual player is limited to the total amount deposited by that player in the preceding 12 months. This limitation does not apply to claims arising from KG999's gross negligence or fraud.

KG999 does not guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption at all times. We carry out scheduled and emergency maintenance when required and will give as much advance notice as reasonably practicable.

KG999 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes — meaning changes that materially affect your rights or obligations as a player — will be communicated to registered account holders via email or SMS notification at least 7 days before coming into effect.

Minor amendments, such as clarifications, corrections, or updates to reflect changes in payment methods or available products, may be made at any time without advance notice. The date of the most recent update is always displayed at the top of this page.

If you continue to use KG999 after an amendment takes effect, you are deemed to have accepted the updated Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you should stop using KG999 and request account closure before the amendment comes into effect.

These Terms and Conditions were last reviewed and updated on 1 January 2025. They apply to all KG999 accounts active as of that date and all accounts registered thereafter.
